HOUSE OF DOGS – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At House of Dogs, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners (Printify and PrintKK). Because of this, we follow a specific return and refund policy.

1. Returns

Since all items are custom-made upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Please carefully review sizing charts and shipping details before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

We do not require returns of damaged products unless specifically requested.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and cancellation is not guaranteed.


4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
